The scary uncertainty…keep trusting…

Uncertainty is a lot of the time, not a fun thing. There are many things in life that we can never be certain of. We may not know what the outcome will be time after time and it isn’t the best feeling. Sometimes it can be a fun, exciting thing as you anticipate what will be. Other times it can be terrifying. You may want to figure out many options for the “just in case.” What can you do in times of the scary uncertainty? The same thing you do in the exciting uncertainty. You can trust God and only God!

As I type this, I am facing a very scary uncertainty. An uncertainty that seems to continually pop it’s head up in my life. It doesn’t feel good at all. But I’m telling myself to trust God during this yet again difficult time. But this time I am going to do something different as I trust Him….I’m going to trust myself through every hurtful, scary tear. I truly don’t know what is going to be the outcome but I know that as long as I trust God, I will be all right. I have to have a hopeful expectancy.

Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.~Psalm 27:14

Now I may not feel all right but that is okay. I am going to trust that as long as I keep my focus in the right direction that I will come out on top. I will be stronger, wiser and braver.

I don’t know what you are facing but know that you aren’t alone. Reach out to not just God but to a trustworthy person(s). Someone that will keep you lifted in prayer and in love.

Be encouraged.

Smile & be a blessing!

If you don’t know Jesus as your personal savior, and would like to know Him, say this prayer: Jesus I ask you to forgive me of my sins. I believe that you came, died, and rose again. I ask that you come into my heart and live inside of me. AMEN! You are saved.
